The Total Sulfite (Enzymatic) test kit is a simple, highly specific and reliable, enzymatic method for the measurement and analysis of total sulfite (as SO2) based on a simple enzymatic reaction.

There are legal limits to the concentration of total sulfite (TSO2) that may be present in wine and these vary between territories. The Total Sulphite Assay Kit is based on a simple enzymatic reaction. Each kit contains reagents for 50 tests using a standard manual spectrophotometer, 100 tests using the MegaQuant™ Wave, 500 tests using a microplate reader or 588 tests using an auto-analyzer. All reagents are stable for >2 years.
