Kerry Whirlfloc ® T 5 lb

Action: A semi-refined kettle fining agent derived from Eucheuma cottonii. It is negatively charged to attract positively charged proteins, leading to improved trub compaction, enhanced beer clarity and longer filter runs.

Additional Notes: Whirlfloc T is in a convenient rapidly dissolving tablet form which eliminates the need for hydration prior to addition, which in turn makes it convenient for smaller kettle sizes. It is optimally added 15 minutes prior to the end of boil. Typical dosage rate is 2 tablets/bbl of a 10 Plato Wort.
