Developed using a strain from the Hurlimann brewery in Switzerland, Fermentis SafLager ™ S-189 offers neutral flavor development for a large range of lager and pilsen beers. With excellent bottom flocculation properties, it is clean tasting and easy to work with. Meant for the production of a wide range of lager & pilsen beers. Notably recommended for Bocks.
