Fruit Purees from RahrBSG are made with 100% real fruit and have been blended to meet consistent standards for brix, pH and flavor. They are perfect for brewers looking to create naturally fruit forward or subtly fruit flavored beers.

Made from 100% real fruit, Fruit Purees from RahrBSG can be added during primary or secondary fermentation. Suggested dosage is 0.5 – 2 pounds of puree per gallon of finished beer. However, dosage will vary depending on the desired level fruit intensity and style of beer. It is recommended to trial different dosage rates in pilot batches to determine optimal addition rate.

All Fruit purees from RahrBSG have been aseptically processed allowing them to be stored at ambient temperatures, rather than refrigerated or frozen. This ensures consistency and availability throughout the year.
