Acetic Acid Assay Kit (GK; analyzer format)

Measure acetic acid (volatile acidity) rapidly and reliably using the Acetic Acid (GK Analyzer Format) Assay Kit. The kit has been optimized for use with auto-analyzers (reaction time: 5 min at 37°C).  This assay is based on the reaction of acetic acid with acetate kinase and ADP-GK, providing a positive reaction (increase in absorbance) for a more robust assay. 

Each kit contains 110 mL of prepared reagent, sufficient for 500 assays. All reagents are stable for >2 years.
